Theo has worked extensively in Canada and around the world as a specialist in the creation of trade marketing content and trade information delivery systems for a variety of global institutions.

He has advised government trade development agencies in numerous developing countries on the delivery of Trade Information Services for the SME marketplace, and has helped to create these services in many cases. Areas of expertise also include ICT and e-commerce in the trade and investment promotion context.

Doreen has been actively working in the international marketing and exporting of services throughout most of her career for the private sector public sector, and the United Nations. Service firms and trade promotion organizations in over 60 countries in the developing world have benefited from her presentations and technical assistance.

Doreen has held senior management positions at the International Trade Centre Geneva, the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs & International Trade, and also has an extensive private sector marketing background. Areas of expertise include Trade in Services, Foreign Government Procurement, Gender and Trade and Motivational Training.

Les has more than 30 years experience in the industry department of the Canadian government, Industry Canada, where he dedicated the majority of his time to the strengthening and promotion of service industries.

Since his retirement from the Canadian government, Les has been operating the consulting firm Arany and Team, specializing in service industries development, word crafting services, trade facilitation management and government support services.

Bob has worked in 51 countries in export trade development, regional and municipal economic development, and foreign direct investment attraction - with a particular focus on ICT-based services strategy development and implementation.

Bob Fournier

His international experience has evolved from 35 years of international trade and investment promotion in the Canadian Foreign Service, including policy development with three Canadian Cabinet Ministers and Vice-Presidency of the Economic Developers Association of Canada.
