Subhashini represents the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce which is the oldest chamber
in the country. It is an independent, non-profit, non-political and voluntary body
representing the widest coverage of private sector companies in Sri Lanka. Subhashini
has an active involvement in all the economic activities of the Chamber particularly in the
area of service trade promotion. She has an important role to play in developing
linkages between the Sri Lankan and Canadian service trade communities.
