marketplace, and has helped to create these
services in many cases. Areas of expertise
also include ICT and e-commerce in the trade
and investment promotion context.
Doreen has been actively
working in the international
marketing and exporting of
services throughout most of
her career for the private
sector public sector, and the
United Nations. Service firms
and trade promotion
organizations in over 60
countries in the developing
world have benefited from her
presentations and technical
assistance.
