National Strategy Implementation for Trade in Services
Caribbean – service sector development in collaboration with TFO
Canada and Caribbean Export Development Agency, with particular
focus on Health and Wellness and Medical tourism. Key components
involve strategic planning with public and private sector stakeholders,
training and matching supply and demand sides.
Training and Curriculum Development
Delivered in over 15 countries worldwide – course development and
training in the export of business and professional services
Technical Assistance for Trade Support Institutions
Capacity-building and trade-related technical assistance for trade
support institutions enabling them to provide new services to their
members
Trade Information Systems - Creating web portals for Trade Promotion
Organizations to serve their country’s export community – combining
technical development with best practices for trade information
development and dissemination.
Information Products – Producing online guides, databases, tools, produced
in a variety of formats – print, web, multimedia CD-ROM.
Trade Through Technology
Women Entrepreneuship
Export Training – “ACCESS! For African Business Women in
International Trade”, 12 African nations – in collaboration with TFO
Canada and the International Trade Centre Geneva. Programme
development and implementation resulting in the training of 500
businesswomen, 40 trainers, and building the capacity of 12
counterpart host organizations.
Motivational Training – Entrepreneurship, Business Skills, Building
Confidence, Networking, Partnering, Marketing, Technology, Exporting
